Money return
All sales are considered completed, due to the nature of goods and services, there are no refunds.
The deposit is NOT refundable! The total amount, even if it has been selected as a payment method, will be returned 50%, 15 days before the date chosen by the customer. Also, 50% of the reservation/sale value will be refunded if natural phenomena occur (rain, hail).
OUTDOOR ONLY
The staff of the business can refuse the provision of each order if the customer is in a state of intoxication and in this case the value of the goods will NOT be returned. The customer (you) should behave decently and respect other customers. Zero tolerance will also occur in the case of disrespect of the staff and in this case the business will take legal action.
The company (IKON) bears no responsibility in cases when a promoter uses the space for a themed party or night. The online purchase service is about drinks and table - canapé - table and for that alone it bears responsibility! The courts of Zakynthos are responsible for any legal setttlements.
